Rembrandt Chamber Players

Founded in the fall of 1990, the Rembrandt Chamber Players (RCP) is composed of seven of the finest musicians in the Chicago area, including members of the Lyric Opera Orchestra, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and Music of the Baroque. The ensemble successfully maintains an unusually wide repertoire, performing Baroque music in a historically informed manor, to 21st century compositions with eclectic instrumentations. RCP has, since its inception, actively commissioned twelve works by renowned composers from the Chicago area and beyond.
