Chris Jones of the Chicago Tribune reports on two acclaimed productions transferring to new venues: "The widely admired Circle Theatre production of the moving Australian drama "When the Rain Stops Falling" (penned by Andrew Bovell) is moving from Oak Park to Chicago.
